A highlight of the week was our Leadership Workshop held at Carillon Historical Park. We were honored to have Randy Gravitt of Lead Every Day serve as our keynote speaker, delivering powerful insights on intentional leadership and daily discipline. His message reinforced the responsibility leaders carry to model standards, set direction, and drive results.
We were also privileged to welcome Blanca Claeyssens of ASA France as a special guest speaker on safety. Her perspective emphasized that safety is not just a policy — it is a leadership commitment embedded in every decision we make.
