At PSC Crane & Rigging, leadership in the field is defined by action, accountability, and an unwavering commitment to safety. Recently, that standard was exemplified by Dylan Yoakem, who was recognized by external partners for his leadership during PNM unloading operations.

The recognition specifically highlighted Dylan’s strong presence on site, his ownership of the work area, and his ability to lead from the front—ensuring operations remained controlled, organized, and safe throughout the process. What makes this acknowledgment especially meaningful is that it came from outside our organization, reinforcing the impact of PSC’s standards in the field.

The PNM unloading area presents a uniquely challenging environment. With a high volume of both pedestrian and equipment traffic, including a main entrance and nearby facilities adjacent to the loading pad, maintaining safe and efficient operations requires constant awareness and discipline. This complexity continues inside the work zone, where crews disconnect and position units in a tightly managed space.

The work is both demanding and repetitive, often involving up to 13 trucks per day, with approximately 45 minutes allocated to safely unload each one. Successfully managing this pace requires precise coordination, clear communication, and strict separation between work zones and pedestrian traffic—areas where Dylan has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership.

Importantly, this recognition is not a one-time achievement. Dylan has continuously set the standard across multiple projects while leading the PNM install crew. His approach to planning, execution, and accountability reflects the professionalism and safety-first mindset that defines PSC Crane & Rigging.

More broadly, PSC has seen a growing number of team members recognized during site-wide meetings across various projects. This trend is no coincidence. It reflects a deeply rooted culture where safety is not just a requirement—it is foundational to operational success, individual purpose, and the long-term legacy of our work.

Dylan’s leadership in the field is a clear example of that culture in action. His consistency helps build trust with partners and strengthens the mission we bring to every project.

Please join us in recognizing Dylan Yoakem for his outstanding contributions and the high standard he continues to represent.
