PSC Crane & Rigging recently sent personnel to the Power Gen Natural Gas Conference (PGNG) in Columbus, OH this year. As PSC continues to grow its business in the Power Generation market, attending these conferences allows PSC to come in contact with numerous potential customers, as well as to visit current clients and continue to develop meaningful relationships. PGNG has now been added to the list of conferences PSC will attend or exhibit at on an annual basis. Please do not forget to visit PSC at the Breakbulk Americas Conference September 27-29, booth 600.
PSC sent personnel to the Electric Power Conference (EPC) this year. As PSC continues to grow its business in the Power Generation market, attending these conferences allows for more potential customers to be introduced to services PSC has to offer. EPC is the first of many conferences PSC will send personnel to or exhibit at.
PSC puts an emphasis on continual job skill training. That being said, one of the Estimator/Project Managers from the Plain City, OH branch just completed a Project Management course through the Builders Exchange. We want to thank Art Short for his effort and success in receiving this certification. Continually educating our employees offers a better level of knowledge and service to our customers.

Add to that the PSC company donation of $1,000 and the amount raised for the Piqua Area United Way totaled $4,024! This was yet another record breaking year!
In addition, PSC will supply Christmas dinner for the Family Abuse Shelter. PSC will also have employees ring bells for the Salvation Army! Happy Holidays!

PSC Crane & Rigging was named a 2014 Pacesetter company for the United Way setting the pace for the general campaign that is currently underway. PSC has been able to meet or exceed their donation goal every year they have participated in the campaign, and will look to set a new company record again in the 2015 campaign!
Piqua, OH – PSC Crane & Rigging has hired Ryan Scheib for the position of Regional Sales & Business Development, responsible for expanding the company’s business development efforts regionally in a four-state area. Mr. Scheib will focus his efforts on Southern Michigan to Northern Kentucky, and from the Greater Columbus area to Eastern Indiana. He comes to PSC with over 20 years experience in sales and business development, with over 8 years in the Contracting Industry and most recently, the last 3 years specifically in the Rigging and Machinery Moving Industry.

Randy Sever, Executive V.P. of Sales and Business Development will oversee and support Mr. Scheib’s efforts to ensure success in expanding PSC’s business footprint in the region. “Ryan Scheib is a solid business development professional with a strong focus on exceeding customer expectations. PSC Crane & Rigging has added a trade show booth to its marketing repertoire. The booth made its debut at the Railway Industrial Clearance Association’s (RICA) Annual Conference in June. The debut was a huge success, as the booth stood out from the many others that were there, and helped generate potential new business for PSC by attracting many current and new customers. The next stop for the booth will be the Break Bulk Americas Conference in Houston, TX in late September.
There are plenty of new faces around the Offices of PSC Crane & Rigging. There have been (5) five) additions to the roster of PSC. The new employees help improve departments all through the company. Below are the names of the new employees as well as their respective department/position.

Along with the new faces, PSC Crane & Rigging has purchased various pieces of new equipment. These include new Tractors and Trailers, Fork Lifts and additional lines of Goldhofer. PSC has also added new pickup trucks and trailers for both office and field staff to use. As PSC continues to grow the new employees and equipment is a necessity, and we are glad to welcome everybody and everything to the PSC family!
PSC has recently purchased additional lines of THP / SL-E Series Goldhofer self-propelled hydraulic platform trailers. In addition, PSC has also purchased additional power packs and various complimentary Goldhofer accessories, including a 300 Ton capacity - 30 meter long drop deck w/ 3 meter long extension insert. This will allow for heavy onsite transports, which are both over size dimensionally and overweight.
